At Carcessory, we want every order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with tracking details once it ships. During high-volume periods like sales, new launches, or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for the United States, 7–14 business days for Canada, 10–18 business days for the United Kingdom and Europe, 10–20 business days for Australia and New Zealand, and 12–25 business days for the rest of the world. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime to check the status. If 48 hours have passed since your shipping confirmation and tracking still isn’t updating, please contact us — sometimes it takes a moment for carriers to scan packages into their system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs office or carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find your package, start by checking with neighbors and household members, looking around your property including the porch, side door, and mailbox, and waiting 24 hours since carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early. If you still can’t locate it after 48 hours, email us at support@carcessory.store and we’ll help investigate. For packages that arrive damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the product within 48 hours of delivery and send it our way so we can make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping fees may apply.
